RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 14 working days from receipt of your order. You can cancel an order by contacting us by email or via our contact form (please see our "contact us" page). We ask that items be returned within 14 days with original packaging and in original condition as dispatched by us. All return postage costs are to be paid by the customer.
Please note that, throughout the cancellation period, it is your duty as the customer to take reasonable care of all items in question.
Be aware that due to the "made to order" nature and wide array of custom options of our in-house laser cut and 3D printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
To ensure returns are received, even outside of opening times, please send returned items to:

In the event that we make a mistake on your order (for example, advertising items we have no longer got in stock), we will attempt to solve the matter amicably by offering one of the following:
A Credit note.
A substitute item of the same value.
A refund to the amount of the item out of stock.
If you are still unhappy in any way, you can cancel your order completely for a full refund.
